Here in Europe we refer to it as Cordorone.
Anyway I've been on it for 3 years after being diagnosed with chronic LAF.
A few weeks ago I went back into afib. Certainly the Cordorone slows the rate and my Cardio added Tambacor to my regime.
He said come back in 3 months...
At the moment I take 200 mg Cordorone 100Mg Tambacor and the blood thinning medicine aswell.
I feel dreadful and my personal GP sent me for blood tests. These reveal a possible thyroid problem. I've never been happy taking these drugs because of the potential serious side effects. For most of the 3 years I was taking 400 MGs a day of Cordorone.
I know that most of you have probably been in this situation. I feel hopeless at the moment.
I am losing all confidence in my Cardio...
