Day 48 Update

Hello everyone, I had the mini-maze III procedure at Cleveland Clinic on Sept. 28 by Dr. McCarthy. I am having a difficult recovery. I am still in and out of AFIB and NSR. I go about one day in NSR and then one day in AFIB. The time in NSR is wonderful and the AFIB is...well, you know. I am hopeful that one day soon I will remain in NSR. The recovery has been very difficult and at times very discouraging. I continue to keep a positive attitude that the procedure will work. In addtion, I have this nasty blood clot in my right groin area (from the by-pass) that is taking forever to dissolve.
