Henry, Thanks for the info on the drugs. When I left CC, Dr. Hammer had me on 225/Rythmol 3/x day also. I stayed on that for couple of weeks and had several episodes of flutter. My local Dr. took me off the Rythmol and put me on .25 Digoxin/day. That did not seem to help and yesterday (at my visit) he wants me to stop the Digoxin and switch back to the Rythmol to see if it works now. I started the Rythmol today. I asked him about Toprol and he said that it has a similar action to Digoxin and did not say anything more.
I am glad to hear that the drug combination is working for you. That's great. I hope the Dr. can find something to keep me in rhythm while I heal.
