driving to Cleveland

Well since Reagan airport is closed and the delays to departures are very long, my husband and I are now driving to Cleveland from Washington D. C. (well really Mclean,Va., outside of Washington)
It is 6 and 1/2 hour drive and I guess i can put the seat back and hopefully sleep on the way back. Does anyone think this is a bad idea? Leaving this Saturday, September 22.
