I have not heard of Dr Gilinov but I am sure he reports to Dr. McCarthy, as he is the Surgical Director for all Thoracic and Cardiovascular surgery. The Cleveland Clinic is the best heart hospital in the USA. The care you will receive is second to none.
Where are you staying?? The Guesthouse or the Suites?? Both are right across from the hospital but for a prolonged stay I would recommend the Suites, as the Guesthouse rooms are small and not all that comfy. Also, there are not too many restaurants near the hospital. Head downtown to the Flats or try the Cleveland Chop House (great burgers) and the Watermark is excellent right on the Cuyahoga River (a bit pricey but very nice). Also, don't miss the Rock and roll Hall of Fame. Cleveland is a very nice small mid American city.
