Not that I anticipate developing any, but after reading some of the complications some of you developed after surgery, PVA or Maze, full time afib, pvc's (skipped beats), extreme shortness of breath while still awaiting Maze several months after failed PVA, etc., etc., I'm still bewilldered as to how you were able to travel even prior and post surgery. Did you happen to live nearby or in the same city as the hospital? Transported by road or air ambulance? It is hard for me to comprehend how anyone with these conditions are able to fly commercially or travel by car very far with some of the adverse complications I have read. Either I have more problems coping with afib and pvc's because of severity or some of you do not have what I have. In past years it has been difficult enough for me to ride in a car thirty miles from the hospital to my home, getting sick, etc., following surgeries..... and I always thought I was tough.

I must not be made out of the same 'stuff' as some of you are is all I can figure out. I do not know how you have done it. I wish I knew or could know. Tell me how you did it. My hat is off to you!

Regards,
Glenn Camp
