Jack: I read your note concerning "inactivity" and smile. I have been following the boad and the good people on it for a while. I am a 42 year old high school teacher and football coach. I have been in chronic AF for two years with off and on bouts for three. I have been through an oblation and four cardioversions. Yes, none of the med's have worked. My EP has been trying to talk me into the Maze for a while; I thought I might wait for a less drastic measure to invented: this seems doubtful, right? Family concerns make the Maze a tough call for me, but with each passing day I come closer to saying yes and gett'in back the energy I have been doing w/o. I thank you and all the people on this board for understanding what few others really can. Peace
