Jackie at this long post maze, I don't have a good idea on what is causing the fast HR. Have you seen your cardiologist and asked him about it. Are you sure you are always in NSR.
I had the fast rate post op, but that was due to being anemic, which you say is not your case. Being in something other than NSR could increase the rate.
Let us know what you find out.
