I have talked with Dr. Hammer at the CC, my local follow-up cardiologist, as well as with Dr. Cox about their thoughts on this high heart rate. They all said that a small group of patients do continue to have a high resting rate, some of whom do eventually convert to a normal rate, and some who don't who continue on medications to help manage it. I am pursuing additional tests to see if we can find anything that might be contributing. If I discover anything, I'll post it here. Thanks Jack!
