Has anyone had problems with insuraance? Can you give us some tips. My husband, Bob, is scheduled to go to Cleveland Clinic on April 22. We call his EP to get him to fax a letter to his primary care dr. last week. After a lot of calls he finally faxed it to her today, but she will not be in her office until Friday. The person that does referrals said she does not go through these messages until she is done with patients on Friday. Cleveland Clinic is not in our Security Blue network. Peg Judson left us a message and said if we did not have a referral, we would have a big deductible and co-payment. We are between a rock and a hard place. We don't know whether to cancel this appointment or where to go from here. If anyone has any suggestions, please advise.
