I had insurance problems and from what happened to me I can tell you that Peg Judson at the CC is the best. I would trust what she tells you. She is one of the major reasons that I went to the CC for my Maze.
It wasn't until a couple days before I had to be in Cleveland that my insurance company finally overturned the initial denial that they had issued. One day later and I would have had to reschedule at the CC.
