Well, you've hit on another quality of life issue - spinal stenosis. It's time for some surgery or something for me. Nothing seems to work and I have gone the chiropractor route for years. The Vax-D machine helped some, but at $100 a shot 3-5 days a week, it adds up quickly without insurance. I did about 20 some visits and some improvement, but not gone.
I've been looking into surgery and ran across a clinic in Florida that is solely a spine specialist. You show up, they do diagnostics and then whatever cutting edge surgery is needed - if any - to deal with the problem. I ran across it in researching "verteoplasty" where they non-invasively inject a solution into deteriorating vertebra. A poor layman's explanation, but you may know more. Do you or your associates know of good resources to suggest. I am probably heading to Florida if I can't find something closer to Utah or other alternatives.
Any suggestions? or resources to check out this or other clinics. I'll post the name if needed, I just can't recall it off the top of my head right now.
