Briefly, go to Best Hospitals and find a large, University connected facility near you.

If you are thinking about a clinic in Florida, that goes around the country drumming up patients at the local convention centers.....i'm not sure I would recommend them, with my limited knowlege, on the basis that I don't recommend any spine surgery that's not done at a large, research, educational type hospital.

I've had more than my share of experience with spine surgery, and just say....always use a neuro surgeon, instead of an orthopedic surgeon, for the neck and back surgeries.

I will make more specific, personal suggestions, off line.
