Let's quit disecting everything! One of the things that frustrates the type of people on THIS board, about the "other" board is: Indicision about doing what's neccessary to feel whole again. Mulling everything over...to death. The "enjoyment" of experimenting with unscientifically proven, subjective, "triggers", and sharing this with each other as TRUTH. I found the Hans board way before I did this one, and those guys about drove me nuts!

I was SO sick, all the while,.....trying to buy all those different remedies, and read those books!

Whether it actually IS, or not, it began to "feel" like a snake oil salesman pitch! It may be, that it's mistakenly viewed as the poor man's only way to cope with living with Afib. However, the "naturapathic" (sp) way, is rarely cheap, in the long run, and when people share these things as true alternatives......! That's no way to live!!

As a physical therapist, I cringe when a patient, who has deteriorating vertebre (spinal stenosis), and the degeneration is pinching vital nerves, and they tell me they are going to a chiropractor to get a "balistic" type "adjustment"! "That's" what Jack was reacting to, i'm sure, when you referred them to the other Afib site.

This probably doesn't make you feel any better, but I'd just hope it makes for better understanding. It may just be a difference in personality types. Do you want to get advice from someone who's done a good job getting better, or someone who's still experimenting?

If my PVA stops working, I'll not hesitate, to ask for a Maze, because of Jack, and this board.
