I'm so sorry that there was no one else who saw fit to even respond to this message - however, at 71, with all of the problems stated earlier Jack has completed surgery and is now out of ICU (the evening of Friday, June 15) - while slow, he's in sinus rhythm, and no complications. Thanks Jack D. for all your help!
