My mom is 83. Great shape. Travels, hikes, and is on no medication. All of her aorta is bad, possibly do to rhumatic fever as a child. the doctors are considering the arch replacement and ascending aorta. What experience do you have with this operation?
I would appreciate any information from those who have gone through it.
