I have a question.
I have had bouts with A fib since January 2002.
I have had 3 cardioversions, been on sotalol.
I am currently on tikosyn, since Oct.2002.
Here lies my problem, I maintain nsr on the average of three months. Then my doctor-- see above.
Lately, which seems strange, is that when I go into A Fib, the way I have been converting back is by running on the tread mill. This has happened twice this month.
I have not told my doctor, whats been going on, because whats he going to say. LOL
I just started working out again the past two months.
Stress is the thing that triggers A Fib with me it seems.
My question is from what I have read exercise, triggers A Fib.
Whats with this?
Someone please give me some feedback.
Thanks God Bless
Pete T
