Don,
I am surprised at the large amount that was not covered. Did Medicare and your supplemental carrier give reasons why they did not cover the entire amount?

I have Blue Cross - Personal Choice right now, but I will be switching to Medicare in the future.

Blue Cross paid the entire amount of $55,000 for my Maze.
