Don, thanks for this very useful information. After the failure of my third PVA it looks like I will have to apply for disability as I can't go back to teaching with my afib. I'm 60 years old (one of the youngsters you refer to!) and I'm glad to find out Medicare does cover the maze which I hope to get down the road... Kati
