Sounds very much the same for me. I want to ask you a question. My heart rate has come down to a more normal 60-70 BPM at rest. However, when exercising my rate will got up to 135 -145 very quickly. ie. slow jogging and running at all will get it up fast. Do you think this is deconditioning? At a brisk walk heart rate will be anout 112-121.
