Attached is a response from Ozzi, who had his maze at the CC about the same time Jim Roff and Sheena Sims were there. It sounds as though he is doing well, although he is concerned (unduly, I believe) about his resting heart rate. I advised him that exercise will improve his heart's flexibility and the rate will come down with time, as mine is slowly doing.
Anything the extreme exercisers, Steve & Ed (or others) might add to encourage Ozzi would be helpful, I'm sure.

Hi Carl:

Thank you for your concerns. I have not been busy
lately, and I have just returned from Vacation in
Egypt. That is why I did nor post any new message on
the Board.

I feel fine, my heart beat is regular and I am gaining
strength and energy day by day. However my heart rate
is still high (Mid eighty to nighty). I still carry
the red scar on my chest and wounder when it will
blend with the rest of my skin. Any comments?

I believe that time is the key for the healing process
and I have to learn to be patient.

Send my greeting to the rest of the board members, and
thank you again for your concerns.
