maze procedure

Many months ago, almost a year in fact I started researching the Maze. I never thought I would actually go for it, but it is starting to appear that it is my last ditch effort for long life. I need doctors, lists, phone numbers, etc., I reside in southern California, but travel is not beyound my efforts if need be.I remembered once attempting to contact Dr. Cox the founder of the procedure, but do not remember how to get ahold of him anymore, so if anyone can help please contact me at:
