Welcome to the board Helen. Your history parallels my history in some ways, except I didn't have a stroke. I was also lucky enough to have a cardiologist that recommended the maze and my surgeon Dr. Giess was in the town where I live. I also would probably not be here if I hadn't had the maze, and if I was, I probably wouldn't have much of a life.
Did you have a full recovery from the stroke.
Do you have anyone who can keep us updated on your recovery.
