Hans,

I too had difficulty lying on my left side after surgery - I didn't hear any strange sounds, but there was a thumping feeling in my upper stomach area. This strange feeling would quite after a while as I relaxed, and was always worse if I was more tired. Now I don't notice it (7 months out) So it sounds like you're doing great. Hang in there!
