Thanks for checking. I called Carol Moody at 1-888-689-8273. It was a physician referral number from a UCSF web site. She said she would follow up for me and get back to me today although there isn't much of today left! Even if my cardiologist wants me to go there, I still would like to check out Dr. Millar. My mother and sister both live in SLC so I'm already partial to going there.
