I have been trying to contact UCSF, about Dr. Chang or whoever there that does the maze. All my e-mails keep coming back.
The information John gave you is very good. I think all the surgeons that do the maze come from the top of the class. I also had my surgery at a smaller hospital in Peoria, Il, and had good follow up and thought very highly of them. There are pro's and con's to either the big or small settings, but we don't hear many bad stories about either.
I will continue to try to get some information on UCSF surgeons, and will let you know.
