Umay,

Have you been diagnosed with Atrial Fibrillation? If you have….then AF often happens at night when we relax, and sleep for some reason. I usually “feels” worse, if you are sleeping on the left side. Have you seen an Electrophysiologist? Where are you located? If you are in pretty good physical condition, other than the heart rhythms, then you have a good chance of getting better!!
