I too get your kind of abnormal heart beats -or sudden surge of blood pressure during my SLEEP. Its like my heart is going out of its socket. Such pulpitations occur every 3- 4 months. I am 44 yrs old white male with no previous health problems. Never smoked and drunk, athletic body I have. BUT never know what coronary says !
