After reading about some of the side effects of Amiodarone I asked the cardiologist that was trying to put me on it. He forcefully denied there are any side effects and was either un-aware or did not care. I gave in, but only took it for a short while until the MAZE cured me of the afib.

It seems like some of these cardiologists do very little research or study in their own field. When I saw him after the MAZE, he was shocked that not only the AFib, but the congestive heart failure were gone and I don't think he even knew what the MAZE procedure was. A few floors away one of the top surgeons in the nation is curing people and he's in the cardiac care clinic down below doping people with dangerous meds.
