Michael: I echo your thoughts about Jack, as do many others helped by this board in it's short life. Without this board and the contacts formed through it, many of us would have had difficulty making this decision. Most of us who are now cured, find some satisfaction in helping others find the same blessing.
If you have someone who can post on the board or at the free site thestatus.com to keep us up to date, it would be nice to know of your progress.
