Jeanne, most of us felt the same way after our ablations as you do now. Go back to work, live your life, and ignore the odd beats and flutters for a month or two as best you can. Start exercising a little and get your strength back. You heart will settle down in time. You may even have a little afib occurring at times, don't sweat it. I kept telling myself that I was definitely better off than prior to the ablation and that I WOULD HEAL SUCCESSFULLY! ...and I did.
After 3 months if you are still having significant issues, then I would begin to get concerned.
