1 week post ablation

Hello All,
I am one week post ablation and have lots of questions. Like Chris, I assumed I would be "up and around" a bit more. I was told that it would be OK to go back to work. I can't imagine this because grocery shopping exhausts me. Also, the skipped beats, bumps and flutters unnerve me. I fear the AF will rear it's ugly head.
Any advice?
