Jack,
I have had three echocardiogram's done since January 13th and one TransEsophagealEchocardiogram (TEE), during that time. I very well know how definite it is not to be concerned about results, but try not to worry and let your Dr. explain the results to you.
I hope you do not wait until your afib progresses to the point you no longer have a life like I was, and have a procedure to cure your afib. Life's too short to put up with the devastation this disgusting mess causes.
I had afib for almost thirty three years before I finally became completely debilitated from it and pvc's to the point I finally had pulmonary vein ablations performed on March 9th, seven weeks ago. I would have had either pva or maze surgery done long ago if I had only known it was available. Cardiologists and Electrophysiologists kept feeding me different medications when previous ones lost their effectiveness and never told me about any available procedures for a cure. I finally found out about Jack's website and this message board and started reading what others who have trodded this path before me had done and decided I had no alternative.
I didn't have a life. I have had no more afib since the procedure. I do still have some aggrevating pvc's that hopefully will subside as my heart heals from the scar tissue created from the ablations.
