Echocardiogram

Anyone have an echocardiogram(doppler)lately? I had one done last week and I'm kind of concrened about the results after 9 years of AF. I'll have the results this evening --though the technician said that she did not see anything unusual but I'm still worried. What are the long term affects of AF anyway?
