You are taking way too much medicine (in my layman's opinion.) When I was put on flecainide my doctor took me off atenolol. He said I would not need it. Anyone taking 100 mg of flecainide and 50 mg of atenolol would have to feel like the walking dead.
Do you check your own blood pressure and heart rate? You may be having too slow a heart rate. When I was on atenolol I was able to break the tablet in half and space out how often I took it. This helped alot.
