I have not had any afib since my ablation in Houston on March 9. However, I am still having pvc's after my pva and I am taking 25 mg of atenolol twice daily to help control them. I am also taking 7.5 mg of coumadin and 100 mg of flecainide twice daily as well. The the bad part about atenolol is the fatigue it causes. The Cardiologist increased the atenolol from one a day to twice a day ten days ago and I've noticed I feel tired most of the time. He told me that was one of the side effects for some people.

Are any of you taking atenolol and does it affect you the same with fatigue?

What are some other medications some of you take for controlling pvc's?

Dr. Cheng says the pvc's will subside as the healing process progresses. It's the bad feelilng ones that are getting to me, but I know I have to 'hang in there' and have patience.
