Maze in state of Washington????

I received a mail tonight form a gentleman in WA. His insurance company OKed, and sent him to CHC for evaluation for the Maze. CHC scheduled him for the maze in Sept., and now his insurance has done a 180, and won't cover it because it is not a procedure that is available in their coverage area, (state of WA.), and they only cover procedures available in their coverage area.
I don't know of any, but does anyone know of any surgeon in the state of Washington that does the Maze.
The gentleman is due to appear before a appeals board about this and is in need of information.
