Ed the way you describe PAC's, sounds like the way PVC's do only they are premature beats and then a pause to get back in rhythym and then bam! Or that's the way my pvc's feel.
I'm sorry you are having PAC's. I suppose there is really not a complete cure from all these blasted irregular heartbeats.
