Well, I'm not a doctor and my AFib was cured with a maze but I apparently now have PAC's. Steve is the guy who really knows this stuff but I can tell you that it feels a little bit like a hiccup in the heart. It's like you miss a beat which double loads the next beat. I've heard that it becomes increasingly more common as you age and I just turned 60. I've never had PVC's which is fortunate as they are big time problems so I can't tell you how one feels differently from the other.
