Thank you for telling us what particular items the thyroid test should include. It never ceases to amaze me that the patients should have to ask or tell the Drs. what tests to order.
The EP in Dallas ordered 'a' thyroid test when I saw him on January 26th. He called me and said..."your thyroid test 'came out' alright, it was good".
Never mind that my hands are icy cold almost all the time,..... like right now,..... my thyroid 'came out' good. It could possibly be caused by something else, who knows?
I have no idea if any of those things were tested or not. I will talk to my internist here and ask him to run these tests.
