Sarah, I have read seveal accounts about diffent ones developing A-flutter following both PVA and maze. I know what ventricular rapid responses feel like and they are not good at all. They are worse than afib. I read in your post that A-flutter is more dangerous than afib. Drs. have not ever mentioned A-flutter to me. How does A-flutter vary from afib. Is it a steady fast beat? And what medications are prescribed to control it?
