Jimmy: You and Joel, and a few others have been so fortunate to have found those cardiologists who recognize the limits of their expertise and are willing to risk "losing" a patient to a cure instead of keeping a patient by continuing ineffective and harmful drug treatment. You should post his name and city so others close by might benefit from his wisdom.
