It has been a while. No, this was not my choice. It was the "next step", as required by this doctor. I think the insurance company also needs to see the meds are not working before the agree to a more aggressive proceedure.

I do have a structurally normal heart, as seen on several echos. The meds I am on are not antiarrythmia, so they keep me in brachycardia with all the flips and flutters and it is the pits. So, if it does not snow like the devil on Wedneday, which it looks like will happen, I will switch. Wish me luck.

And no, I do not plan on being on these drugs the rest of my life because living like this, is having no life.
