Dr. Cox performed his first maze, (I think), in 1987.
I called the St. Louis office Dr. Cox worked out of in March 1998, and was told that he was no longer there, and was in the process of moving to Georgetown.
That is the reason I had my maze (on 10 April 1998), in Peoria, by Dr. Dale M. Geiss.
I don't know his place of birth, but Carl might might have some information on that.
We are all just glad that he was here, and did what he did.
