I can relate to what you're experiencing...It's really scary. Lately, I have also had these extra thumping's at night...usually in my neck... I get twinges that scare me, and with that i wonder if im at risk for an attack...it's mind boggling not knowing whats going on...Ive been told that they are pulpitations and that they go away by holding ur breath for a period of five to 10 seconds...but the thought of it all really bothers me...I wonder if this is some kind of sign of something...It only happens at night, while i'm laying down...if this sounds familiar to you, or if you have any advise for me please get back to me, I would greatly appreciate it.
