I felt better on flecainide for about one month, then it went bad on me! I was able to do "some" drugs for a year or so, before having to change to something else, which seems to be the pattern here for all of us. However, that DID put me to a time, when ablation techniques got better, and I could try it again.
It's a very personal decision hon! You've got to weigh just how bad the valve has progressed to, knowing that there is a limit to how long you can wait, since bad valves don't get "better". I hope this forum is a help in your very personal decision making.
