Thanks for the information. I have decided to have my surgery done at Barnes-Jewish Hospital here in St. Louis. I don't know yet whether they issue tapes like CC because with the holidays I haven't been able to get officially on the schedule. I ordered Diane's tapes today so I can start preparing.
