Eileen,

I went through 2 episodes of Congestive Heart failure last year before I had the MAZE. My Doctor here in Preston had me take Zaroxolyn in addition to Lasix. It really worked well. I lost 10 pounds in 3 or 4 days. That was great for the chf, but you need to balance out getting to dried out. I had my kidneys failing, bucause I was to dry. Delayed the maze from Aug until Sept. Good luck and let us all know.
