A bladder catheter/foley would be appreciated!

This is my opinion only.

Both times I had ablations, one in Arkansas, and the one at CC, they did not put in a foley catheter. The first SVT ablation took six hours, and the one at CC for Afib, Aflutter, PVA, and the kitchen sink, took eight hours.

BOTH times, I got back to my room....couldn't bend my hips, or raise up because of the groin incisional sites from the RF ablation catheters, and had to pee so BAD! It was misserable, and a mess for the nurses.

My advice is.....ASK FOR A BLADDER CATHETER!!
