I have a word of encouragement for you. Please wait to see what the CT scan reveals before self-diagnosing pulmonary vein stenosis. The cough was with you from the day you left the hospital, and one study of stenosis resulted in diagnoses occuring with a mean of 5.2 months +/- 2.6 months after ablation. One could have a persistant cough for other reasons: bronchitis, seasonal alergies, post nasal drip, aspiration of some flem while lieing on your back, etc. Also, the breathlessness could be attributed to the persistant a-fib. You never know till all the evidence is in. We all hope and pray for a good outcome of you upcoming CT scan.
